This four-day event, August 25-28, is packed with workshops, vendors and panels available to attendees.
DRIVE will feature presentations focused on training. This includes “Build your team for freedom and success” and “The teaching you need may be right in front of you.” These two courses will teach you how to recruit new employees, how to move your current employees up the ladder, and how to properly train the team you have. They’ll also talk about the importance of being able to step away from your business to let it run. You’ll be able to learn new and advanced training techniques and vital information related to recruiting the talent you want.
This year, “How to Survive Extreme Inflation” presented by Jim Saeli, one of the DRIVE workshop instructors, will show you how you can stay profitable despite inflation. You will also have the opportunity to attend the workshop “The best time to plan your exit from the store is the day you open”. During this time, the host will go over the four main options for exiting your business and the steps for succession.
You will also have the opportunity to stop by and speak with each of the DRIVE departments. In the Agency Services section, you can learn all about our current services and upcoming technology services that we will be offering soon, such as Google My Business, Search Engine Optimization, Direct Mail, Email Marketing, Blog Posts and much more. DRIVE customers will soon be able to use the CRM Marketing APP and the Reputation and Review Management App, both focused on building and maintaining your image with current and potential customers. Our suite of digital products and services will take your store’s marketing presence to the next level, increasing the number of new customer cars and making the most of your existing customer base.
You can also chat with our team of account representatives or our professional services team. These are the people you talk to the most: the coaches. Our product development team can discuss how each offering can help you achieve your business goals.
DRIVE is committed to bringing industry leaders to assist the current store owner. This year, attendees will have news Babcox Media, AutoVitals, Monkey Shop, Stenson Tamaddon, and many more. Andrew Markel, Director of Technical Content at Babcox Media, will host a panel on how customers are changing today. During this panel, everyone will discuss recent surveys and data on automotive service and changes in the vehicle ownership cycle.
These four days will be filled with learning new techniques, speaking directly with industry leaders and networking with your fellow shops.
