The council and its partners are now offering local small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) the opportunity to work with a business adviser who will provide FREE business advice and guidance.
Local businesses can benefit from a range of valuable services and digital skills to improve their business operations. Whether you need help with website development, social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), or mastery of Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, there’s also help and assistance
Practical day-to-day tools and expert advice will also be provided to help you run your business more efficiently.
Cllr Sade Bright, Cabinet Member for Jobs, Skills and Aspiration, said: “Now more than ever, we know that businesses are also suffering from the cost of living crisis and we are determined to do everything we can to offer help and support..
“I would encourage local businesses to take advantage of this program and also to find out what other help and support is available for businesses in the council.”
Local businesses can be contacted to book a session. Sessions with a business advisor take place every Thursday at Barking Learning Centre.
