E3 Lithium selects Fluor to lead its pre-feasibility study - Chemical Engineering

Lithium E3 Ltd. (Calgary, Alberta, Canada) announced that it has selected Fluoride body (Irving, Tex.) as the lead Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) firm to lead its Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) for the Clearwater commercial project.

Fluor will provide overall project management, design and supervision for PFS, and will coordinate with other companies contracted by E3 Lithium to provide specialized engineering services such as reservoir and well design, technical report and environmental studies.

“After an extensive review process, the E3 team selected Fluor as our lead EPC based on its experience in developing global critical minerals projects combined with executing large projects locally in Alberta,” said Chris Doornbos, President and CEO of E3 Lithium. “We are very happy with the team we have formed. Their specialized knowledge and skills are poised to deliver this important work for E3 Lithium and Canada’s critical minerals industry.”

The PFS will describe the business plans and economics of E3 Lithium in more detail, including a Class IV cost estimate and reporting a lithium reserve. The PFS will produce a detailed project development schedule for E3 Lithium’s first commercial facility that will guide the company over the coming years.

E3 Lithium has completed a significant portion of the process development work and subsequent development testing through the company’s internal project and process engineering teams. This work will help guide the company’s decision-making as it moves forward with PFS engineering work for the rest of the year.

As disclosed in the Company’s press release dated June 14, 2023, effective June 14, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), the Company has extended its agreement with Native Ads Inc. (“Native Ads”) to continue to execute comprehensive digital media marketing. campaign for the company. Native Ads is a full-service advertising agency based in Vancouver, BC that owns and operates a proprietary ad exchange with over 80 integrated supply-side platforms resulting in access to over 3,000 and 7 billion daily ad impressions from North America. Native Ads will continue to offer the services that E3 Lithium has been providing for the past year, being a combination of content development, web development, media buying and distribution, and reporting and campaign optimization. Native Ads, led by Jon Malach, is a service provider independent of the company. The renewed programmatic digital advertising campaign will run for up to an additional 12 months (the “Term”) from the Effective Date, where 75% of the costs will be allocated directly to the print costs of cost per click for placements and media distribution. and 25% will go to content creation, web development, advertising creative development, search engine optimization and strategic digital advertising consulting. The Company has budgeted up to $70,000 per month of its general working capital for these services during the term. To the knowledge of the Company, neither Native Ads nor any of its directors or officers own any securities of the Company.
