August 9, 2022: Mitchell1 introduced its exclusive new Google ReScore tool, featured in its SocialCRM LocalSearch program, to help stores turn bad reviews into opportunities to rebuild customer relationships.
“Managing bad Google reviews isn’t just about deleting the review; that doesn’t help anyone,” said Marcus Mackell, CMO, SocialCRM, Mitchell 1 in a press release. “It’s about recognizing the customer’s concern, solving it, and having the customer share that resolved experience with everyone. ..”
Stores can link to their Google My Business page using the SureCritic review service to respond to all Google reviews, even bad ones, which can send a ReScore request to the customer for an updated review. Once updated, the new revision replaces the bad revision.
“Online reviews not only help set the tone for a store’s overall reputation, but also impact business revenue and search engine optimization (SEO),” Mackell said.
