Your part in the performance
We are looking for someone passionate about orchestral and classical products to join our team. As part of our online merchandising team, you’ll ensure our products are discoverable and desirable to consumers. You will use your e-commerce knowledge to drive sales and improve the user experience of our website. Excellent communication and organizational skills are crucial as you will be working with multiple departments.
Improve the representation, visibility and customer experience of digital piano and orchestral products on the website.
Use email marketing, social media, video content and PPC (Pay Per Click) for engaging and commercial campaigns and promotions.
Create and maintain orchestral keys and pages on the website, including product tags and filters.
Analyze website traffic with Google Analytics and market popular areas of the site.
Get product and asset information from suppliers to ensure high-quality product listings.
Make sure new product launches and promotions are represented on the home page and in the best sellers sections.
Keep your home page and best sellers sections looking fresh every week.
Your skills and experience: what we’re looking for

Expert knowledge of orchestral instruments, preferably with basic brass or orchestral string knowledge
Understanding of e-commerce/online retail
Excellent communication skills and strong written language skills
Knowledge of Google Analytics and basic SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is advantageous.
