Threads, an Instagram app for text-based messaging, which is expected to launch on the App Store on July 6, will go live in a few hours, according to the countdown timer on the official website.

But as excitement for the app grows, so do privacy concerns.
Threads app pre-launch promotion
Instagram CEO Adam Mosseri and the official Instagram account @creators have used broadcast channels to announce the upcoming launch to channel members.
According to a survey on Mosseri’s IG Updates channel, more than 16,000 members planned to sign up for Threads this week. Almost 14k have followed the official @threadsapp account on Instagram.

How to reserve threads
Instagram iOS app users can find a Threads ticket through the app name search bar and P92.

The app is also available at Google Play Store i fils.net.
Threads.com has been around since 2002 and is now home to a Slack alternative for makers.
Threads App: Privacy Concerns
Some users who pre-ordered the app were concerned about the app’s privacy disclaimers, which explain how a lot of your data will be tied to your identity.

Privacy critics included former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, who tweeted about the app’s private data needs.

Others joked about how Twitter CEO Elon Musk would handle the competition.

With brief responses, Musk did his part to draw attention to the tweets about Thread’s privacy notices.

This could be the reason why Threads won’t start in the U.S simultaneously with the US.
Despite privacy concerns, celebrities love it Gordon Ramsay they have already joined the CEO of Meta Mark Zuckerberg, Mosersi product cables in Threads.
Threads of the 2019-2021 academic year
Interestingly, this isn’t Instagram’s first attempt at an app called Threads.
In 2019, Instagram introduced Threads as a camera-centric messaging app for sharing photos, videos, and status updates with a close circle of friends.

This version of Threads allowed users to have dedicated inboxes and notifications for their Instagram close friends list in a separate app.
