Steven Justice, Director of Digital Customer Experience

A training management and consulting professional of over 20 years, Steve has unparalleled experience in OEM program management with a proven history of work and training in the automotive digital marketing, consulting and automotive sales industry. His skill areas include digital strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), tier three marketing, customer experience and analytics, customer relationship management, processes customer journey, team building, people leadership and OEM customer partnership and management.

Prior to joining Unite, Steve was at SINCRO as Senior Program Manager, Consulting, where he focused on Nissan and was responsible for training, recruiting and managing the day-to-day operations of the three managers of programs and 34 area digital marketing consultants (DMC). ) at the national level.

Steve holds a BA in International Affairs from West Virginia University and holds a Master’s degree from Toyota University.

Pam Rahman, Program Director, Operations

Pam joins Unite with 15 years of automotive technology management experience. Previously at FordDirect as Director of Tier 1 and 2 Technology, one of her most significant accomplishments was migrating the entire FordDirect regional Tier 2 site platform from a .net application to AEM.

He has also worked at Wunderman (Ford’s ad agency) as a QA analyst for top tier ads, Zaaz (Ford’s analytics provider) as an analytics implementation specialist focusing on Ford OEM site tagging /Lincoln and survey creation, and ePrize. (online games/incentive app developer) as QA manager.

In addition, Pam worked for the Detroit Police Department as a police officer and data analyst focusing on street patrol, investigation and data analysis of narcotics seizures and seizures.

At Unite Digital, Pam will be part of the Operations team and is very excited to be working with some new OEMs, onboarding and running them from the ground up.

Pam has a bachelor’s degree in information technology and a master’s degree in information systems, with a focus on technology application management. She lives in Grosse Pointe Park, MI with her husband, three children, and a dog. She is a swimming mom and spends a lot of time outside of work, traveling to swim meets or volunteering with two swim teams. In addition, Pam enjoys reading, cooking, spending time with family, and hiking.

Erika Simms, Product Development Manager

Erika has 12 years of experience working with car dealerships to improve their digital footprints. For the past eight years, she has been the Vice President of Dealer Authority, working with some of the best dealers in the industry. Erika excelled at helping her clients reach their target market and increase productivity. At Unite, you will work with digital marketing manufacturers and suppliers to define and deliver industry-leading solutions in the digital marketing space. Erika lives in Raleigh, North Carolina, where she is a fitness enthusiast who is artistic and enjoys gaming.

Amy Sandberg, Senior Accountant

As Senior Accountant, Amy plans to use her combined organizational skills, accounting experience and project-based knowledge to address Unite’s explosive business growth. Amy joins the team with over 15 years of accounting experience, including ten years in the steel fabrication industry where she was involved in a number of capital projects. Amy holds a BA in Accounting with a minor in Project Management from Baker College. Also, she is a history buff and enjoys camping.

Rachel Plamondon, Software Engineer

Rachel has over ten years of experience and was previously a web developer for Knorr Marketing in Traverse City, MI. During this time, his most significant achievement was developing the infrastructure for his data feeds and leading the front-end development of his proprietary platform. Previous roles include Web Developer at Buzzbizz Creative in Anchorage, AK and SEO Technical Engineer at Peak Positions in Traverse City. Rachel attended Northwestern Michigan College in Traverse City, majoring in web development. She and her partner recently bought a house that they plan to renovate. She also loves gardening, hiking and camping with her two dogs.

Bill McGough, Software Engineer

Bill has five years of experience, most recently with Rocket Central, where he implemented a GraphQL API. Prior to that, Bill was a Team Leader at Rocket Connections, where he led a team of 15 people. In addition, Bill attended a six-month in-house coding training class at Rocket Central and has experience in .Net and AWS. He is passionate about cars and motorcycles and loves spending time with his family, including his 15-month-old daughter, Stella.
