OpenAI experienced several outages, including high error rates affecting fine-tuned model build and files, and ChatGPT login was unavailable for logged-out users, including Plus subscribers.

Users were able to use sign-in options, such as signing in with Google, but received the following message on the ChatGPT dashboard. Unlike a previous ChatGPT outage, Plus subscribers did not receive an alternate login link.

The same happened when accessing ChatGPT in a mobile browser such as Google Chrome.
Users could log into the ChatGPT iOS app, which was able to use Bing to query the Internet for more information about the outage.

OpenAI implemented mitigation for ChatGPT logins and continued to monitor the situation to help users regain access to the AI chatbot.
Issues affecting files and the creation of tuned models are still being investigated.

The first source of information was a site similar to Downdetector, which showed that the issue with ChatGPT logins had been resolved.
The second source of information, however, was an article covering a login incident from December 2022. So the information is not quite right for this incident, but a nice try while Browsing with Bing it is in beta/experimental phase.
Users can sign up to receive updates at OpenAI status page by email or text to find out when issues are resolved and receive updates on the latest outages that may affect ChatGPT, OpenAI API, Labs, and Playground users.
