If you’re ever in doubt about the legitimacy of a call, just hang up and call Atmos Energy Customer Service at 888-286-6700. Payment of an Atmos Energy bill must be made through the Online Account Center or through another authorized forms of payment. Atmos Energy will provide various notices and work to assist customers with payment plans and support options before any service interruption occurs. Unless there is an emergency, Atmos Energy employees will not call before 7 am or after 6 pm central time.
