Google Ads is investigating reports that marketers are unable to access the most recent data from their campaigns.
According to the search engine, the issue started affecting advertisers on June 23 at 8:26 AM UTC.
In response, Google Ads said in a statement today at 11:13 UTC that it is investigating the matter to try to find a solution, with an update expected shortly.
Why we care: Marketers affected by the issue can still sign in to their Google Ads account, but they can’t retrieve the most recent data from their campaign, meaning they can’t accurately monitor performance or produce up-to-date reports.
What did Google say? Google confirmed that it is investigating reports of a problem with Google Ads in a statement on its website. The company said: “We will provide more information shortly. Affected users can access Google Ads, but may not have access to the most recent data.”
