Bing Chat will soon be available to searchers and users as it is now implementing unauthenticated access to chats. Users who are not signed in to Bing will soon be able to ask questions in Bing Chat, but are currently limited to 5 chats in a chat session.

Unauthenticated users are users who are not signed in to Bing when searching or chatting.
limited access These unauthenticated users will be able to request Bing Chat for up to 5 chats in a single session. If you want longer chats, you’ll need to sign in to your Microsoft account.

Why we care This should open up more chats in Bing Chat to more users. Not everyone wants to create accounts to use Bing Chat or Bing Search. This may have deterred users from trying Bing Chat. But soon, they may be able to access and use Bing Chat without an account.
Although, I still think you need to use Microsoft Edge or the Bing mobile app to view Bing Chat.
