Added Crosby Marketing Communications Donna Merz Charges as vice president, senior strategist and promoted Chris Coelho to the vice president of digital marketing.
Cargas will support Crosby’s growing body of work to advance the Department of Defense’s Military OneSource program, which provides quality-of-life support and resources to service members and their families worldwide. He will lead communications planning for the Exceptional Military Family Program, the Office of Special Needs, Children, Youth and Family, Relocation and Deployment and various events celebrating the military community.
Cargas has more than 30 years of experience in the creation of brands and strategic communications in both the public and private sectors. Most recently, as director of communications at Breck Inc., she supported the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency to help generate public and private stakeholder engagement, develop campaigns for state and local election officials and fostering public awareness of misinformation. Prior to that, he served as communications manager at JPI, supporting internal and external public engagement programs for the Department of Homeland Security.
Coelho has been a member of the Crosby team since 2019. He leads digital strategy for clients including the Social Security Administration, the Peace Corps, and the US Department of Health and Human Services. He also develops integrated strategies for content marketing, social media, search engine optimization, email marketing and multi-channel messaging alignment that drive higher performance.
