This is an integral role responsible for completing a range of SEO activities to deliver the holistic SEO strategy and improve the organic performance of brand sites. The role will be responsible for coordinating and delivering activity across the on-page, off-page and technical SEO pillars, as well as supporting brand teams during implementation.

Support for monitoring search results and search performance on major search channels, using metrics such as rankings, click-through rates, backlinks, organic traffic, domain authority. Produce SEO reports to support understanding of brand performance (Google Analytics 360, Google Datastudio, Google Drive, etc.). Use forecasts and business goals in reports and highlight relevant metrics (i.e. traffic, rankings, domain authority, etc.). Monitor the crawling and indexing of sites, evaluate the crawling/indexing status of web pages, and help identify and resolve performance issues. Produce and support to implement SEO metadata, heading tags and on-site copy sections optimized for target keywords. Support brand teams with Google Business Profile management and listing optimization to improve organic performance. Support in SEO analysis, audits, checklists, guidelines and recommendations to ensure website structure and web pages adhere to SEO best practices. Assist with the implementation and administration of search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) working alongside the SEO Manager, Digital Operations and Group Marketing teams. Assist in the implementation of the off-site SEO strategy across all brands, working alongside the SEO Manager and brand marketing teams.

KEY SKILLS

Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Basic knowledge of the technical process of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) (i.e. page structure, rich snippets and brand audits) Experience working with tools of popular keywords (Google Tools, SEMrush, MOZ, etc.) Experience working with CMS and creating/managing content in various CMS environments Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration (i.e. optimizing ·page load requests, use of videos and images on rich content pages) High level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word (ie SEO for Excel) Experience with website analytics using a variety of analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 as well as internal reporting tools (eg Google Datastudio, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, AWR Cloud, etc.) BS/BA degree required Strong focus on details Strong demonstrable history of communication and commitment
