The Digital Marketing Associate will support the growth and success of Remedy Organics’ e-commerce marketing efforts as well as drive retail sales efforts. In this role, you will help lead the brand’s e-commerce activities and digital ecosystem. In addition, you will be responsible for executing the best quality consumer experience. This includes customer acquisition, conversion, retention and customer satisfaction across all consumer touchpoints.
This role will address all aspects of the consumer experience, as well as elements of other key marketing initiatives including social media, trade shows, events and in-store POS materials and messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Profitably acquire new customers through digital advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email, SMS, Amazon and other direct marketing programs . improvement of the digital ecosystem, improvement of conversion rates and customer profitability of online channels. Execute retail marketing campaigns leveraging email and social media. Lead all consumer insight initiatives to understand how current and potential consumers interact with Remedy Organics and the customer experience. Work closely with the management team to keep them abreast of changing policies, competitive developments and industry/market trends
requirements
2+ years of digital marketing experience in a direct-to-consumer organization. Experience must include analytically driven decision making where success is measured in terms of customer growth, website conversion and superior content. Proficiency in Facebook/Google Ads Manager/Analytics, Klayivo, Shopify, Attentive and Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop, Canva) Results oriented self-starter with a track record of excellent results in a fast growing environment. Creative / innovative thinker; organized/detail oriented; Teamwork/solution oriented approach. Exceptional ability in verbal and written communication; must also be an excellent listener.
