Search Influence announces its 2022 recognition among New Orleans CityBusiness’ “Best Places to Work.” In its 20th annual honor, the 2022 “Best Places to Work” names its top small business digital marketing agency in New Orleans.
CityBusiness selected 13 large companies (250 or more employees), 30 medium-sized companies (50-249 employees) and 32 small companies (10-49 employees) on its “Best Places to Work” list.
Among the 75 companies recognized, Search Influence will be featured in a special publication within the December 16 issue of CityBusiness. The special issue will also name the top three large, medium and small awardees.
A three-time winner of CityBusiness’ “Best Places to Work” award, Search Influence previously received workplace recognition from business publication 2014 i 2016.
From salaries and benefits to employee retention and promotion levels, companies had to disclose relevant workplace data to be eligible for nomination. Additionally, the Search Influence team completed an anonymous survey to measure company cultureemployee satisfaction and their future plans in the digital marketing agency.
This survey reflected many of the same sentiments as the other years when Search Influence received New Orleans CityBusiness’ “Best Places to Work” recognition. The team highlighted transparency and company culture as two of the main factors contributing to their job satisfaction.
