Google removed the Covid-era structured data associated with Home Activities rich results that allowed online events to appear in search from August 2020, and published a mention of the removal in the search documentation changes.

The structured data from the rich Home Activities results made it possible for providers of live online streams, pre-recorded events and online events to be found on Google Search.
The original documentation has been completely removed from the Google Search Central web pages and is now redirected to a changelog notation explaining that rich results for home activity can no longer be displayed.
The original purpose was to allow people to discover things to do from home during quarantine, especially online classes and events. Rich Google results showed details of how to view them, description of activities and registration information.
Online event providers were required to use structured event or video data. Publishers and companies that have this type of structured data should be aware that these types of rich results no longer appear, but there’s no need to remove structured data if it’s a burden, publishing non-structured data won’t affect anything. t is used for rich results.
The change log for Google’s official documentation explains:
“Elimination of the documentation of activities at home
What: Removed documentation on structured household activity data.
Why: The Home Activity feature no longer appears in Google Search results.”
