Over the past few days, there have been a number of complaints about not being able to see Questions and Answers on Google Business Profile listings. While some may see some questions and answers, not everyone can see all of the past questions and answers posted to these business profiles on Google Search.
The Local search forumssome Google Company profile help threads, including posts to threads i X they all talk about the subject.
Bottom line, some say they can’t see previously posted questions and answers on their Google Business Profiles. Some say this includes recently added Q&A posts and some say it includes older posts. I see some old ones on my company profile.

We recently noticed this when dealing with one of our largest customers with many locations, for whom we’ve been updating their Q&A for a few months. This has only recently happened in the last couple of weeks, and there seem to be more instances of this error this week than last week (although it’s not happening on all their lists).
When you sign in to the Google Accounts that manage or own the client’s listings, the Questions and Answers button shows this option “No questions are currently available.”
It allows us to ask a question, but as soon as we do, it disappears. Both newly added questions and questions and answers we’ve asked in the past (at least most) appear in search when you’re not signed in to an account associated with the client’s lists and allow users to use the feature.

I have been seeing several reports of this from customer sites and from a number of people on the GBP Facebook groups.
The same behavior of not being able to create a question or variations such as being able to create a new Q&A question but then not being able to reply to it.
Something certainly seems to have been erased; I would wait a couple of days before investing more time into the problem (other than reporting it).
I’m experiencing this too. I posted questions to GBP yesterday from a customer through the account that manages their profile and I can’t see them unless I look at the profile from an account that doesn’t have access to it. I checked to see if I could answer them using the Google API, and the questions didn’t appear there either. I waited a few more days before posting it on the community forum.
