Google now displays these short review summaries by placing a tag on the review with one or a few words. Therefore, labels may show “low quality”, “compact”, “light”, “affects well”, etc.

We’ve seen similar review summary cards before in other areas. This may be new or I just haven’t noticed because it’s so deep within the product results.
