Google Ads peak performance for markets

Google Marketplace

Google Ads has launched Performance Max for Marketplaces. It is designed to help you sell your goods or services in specific markets using Performance Max.

Google he wrote“Performance Max for Marketplaces helps you reach more customers and generate more sales for your products through a marketplace. After you connect your Google Ads account to the marketplace, you can create Max Performance campaigns that send buyers to your products” .

With this, you don’t need a website or a Google Merchant Center account to run these ads, since you’re promoting your products on the marketplace and not on your site.

Google lists these four benefits:

Create top-performing campaigns that help send buyers to the products you sell in a marketplace. Use existing product data from the marketplace to create ads with product information, pricing, and images. You don’t need to connect a Google Merchant Center account. See detailed reports of your campaigns in Google Ads. Performance Max uses Google Automation, so your products can be advertised in Google Ads channels, such as Search and Shopping.

Not all markets support this, Google said to contact your market to see if they do. And if they do, you link your Google Ads account to a marketplace. Before linking your Google Ads account, please contact the marketplace so they can initiate account linking requests to your Google Ads account. You’ll need to provide them with your Google Ads account ID or email address. When you receive link requests to your Google Ads account, accept them and continue with the rest of your setup. Here they are the steps on how to do it.

You can learn more about this this way.
