Google no longer shows the number of views a review gets on Google Maps. You can currently see view counts for older reviews, but new reviews don’t show those counts.
Curtis Boyd spotted this change and published it X saying: “Google Maps no longer shows view (impression) counts for new reviews. Historical data is there (for now) but for now it looks like they won’t reveal the number of times reviews have been viewed.” He asked if Google is “preparing for the new fake review laws?”
