This feature is currently being tested and gives customers the option to request a callback from a business.
2. Sales Target Call Announcements
Businesses will now have the option to include call ads as a format in the Sales/Conversions goal of Ads Manager.
3. Call of the 60s in lead generation, traffic and sales goals
Meta has an added 60-second call optimization option on lead generation, traffic and sales ad targets to serve to allow businesses to optimize their ads to reach the people most likely to engage in a longer conversation.
4. Pre-call commercial feature in Ads Manager
Businesses can provide additional context to ads to help educate potential customers to help them make informed decisions before making a call.
5. Calls from the application
Meta is testing a platform calling solution to enable businesses to connect with customers wherever they are browsing and allow them to continue the same in-app experience after the call ends. Meta says no call information is captured.

Why we care Advertisers and Meta brands, such as stores, restaurants or service-based businesses, should ensure their phone numbers, business hours and response messages are up to date so potential customers can contact you with these new features .
There is no indication that these new features increase the number of leads a brand receives. As with every new feature, test the optimization and reporting options to make sure they meet your goals and conversion goals.
