Google to update AdMob and AdSense program policies

Amazon is working on AI tools to generate videos, images for advertisers

Google will introduce a new sensitive events policy to the AdMob and AdSense program policies on February 9.

Why we care Without Google’s permission, violation of the policies may result in deactivation of ads served on your site, as well as deactivation of your AdSense account.

What is a sensitive event? A sensitive event is an unforeseen situation that poses a significant risk to Google’s ability to:

Provide high quality, relevant and accurate information. Reduce inappropriate content in key and monetized features.

What is changing? From now on, Google will take steps to address risks that arise during sensitive events to improve its ability to provide truthful and high-quality information. However, concrete actions are yet to be confirmed.
