The new feature was conceptualized to help real estate agents, teams, and brokerages publish highly SEO-optimized websites capable of handling IDX data feeds surrounded by content targeted to agents’ specific markets. The company announced SEO Fast Track in an exclusive Inman press release. It has been in beta testing for several months, the company said.

We knew we could streamline this process with our extensive MLS integrations and the latest Large Language Model (LLM) technology.”
In essence, websites are built for long-tail content queries, meaning consumers can enter very specific search terms that include number of bedrooms, street and community name, and even desired functions. It’s not a new tactic or technology, but it’s not easily deployed across the industry either. The vast majority of brokerage-branded IDX websites use checkbox filtering, a top-down elimination process that largely avoids consumer “wants” and is largely responsible for unsuccessful home visits.
“Websites built with SEO Fast Track are created in minutes and launched as soon as MLS approval is received,” the release states.
Zillow only recently introduced long-tail search while some entrepreneurs, like Texas real estate agent Bobby Doss, have been deploying it for years for their own search products. Real Geeks’ use of it stands out for the company’s broad reach and consistently well-regarded reputation, as well as its ability to quickly build websites capable of responding to these search queries.
By LLM, McCarthy is referring to artificial intelligence, meaning the type of model used by OpenAI, the creators of the popular AI software ChatGPT.
