Whether an integral part of your web presence or simply a passive form of brand confirmation, search engine optimization should be a component of any agent’s effort to be relevant in their market, which is precisely what Real Geeks is addressing with its latest update, SEO Fast Track.

The new feature was conceptualized to help real estate agents, teams, and brokerages publish highly SEO-optimized websites capable of handling IDX data feeds surrounded by content targeted to agents’ specific markets. The company announced SEO Fast Track in an exclusive Inman press release. It has been in beta testing for several months, the company said.

“We interviewed all of our customers who have built massive SEO-based contact funnels to find out what they did,” said Kevin McCarthy, CEO of Real Geeks, in the press release. “Universally, they created hundreds or thousands of content-rich area pages to drive long-tail traffic. We knew we could streamline this process with our extensive MLS integrations and the latest Large Language Model (LLM) technology.”

In essence, websites are built for long-tail content queries, meaning consumers can enter very specific search terms that include number of bedrooms, street and community name, and even desired functions. It’s not a new tactic or technology, but it’s not easily deployed across the industry either. The vast majority of brokerage-branded IDX websites use checkbox filtering, a top-down elimination process that largely avoids consumer “wants” and is largely responsible for unsuccessful home visits.

“Websites built with SEO Fast Track are created in minutes and launched as soon as MLS approval is received,” the release states.

Zillow only recently introduced long-tail search while some entrepreneurs, like Texas real estate agent Bobby Doss, have been deploying it for years for their own search products. Real Geeks’ use of it stands out for the company’s broad reach and consistently well-regarded reputation, as well as its ability to quickly build websites capable of responding to these search queries.

By LLM, McCarthy is referring to artificial intelligence, meaning the type of model used by OpenAI, the creators of the popular AI software ChatGPT. These tools are able to absorb, or learn skills from, large amounts of data in a very short amount of time, meaning Real Geeks can feed you all the MLS and market data it can handle to build websites deeply rich in the information consumers want to know. about a home, its contents and its immediate surroundings. This is the type of content agents have historically paid writers to create, and many still do.

Clients should be aware that most GPTs (Generative Pre-Trained Transformers) learn from data found on the internet and therefore require thorough editing for accuracy and most importantly fair housing compliance , a concern. this is not new. However, large language models can be taught quite easily in the FHA regulations.

Real Geeks is among the most popular CRM solutions in the real estate industry, joining Follow Up Boss, Cloze, Lofty (formerly Chime) LionDesk, Market Leader, and Inside Real Estate at the top of recommended real estate specific systems more frequently
