Allegra Marketing Print Mail in Great Falls has been honored by the Alliance Franchise Brands network with its prestigious e-commerce award.
According to the company, the award recognizes top franchise members who have adopted e-commerce as part of their diversification strategy and to help their customers do business with their center.
Allegra Marketing owner Bruce Poitra was born and raised in Great Falls, and after attending college in Denver returned to raise his family. He worked at NEW for 10 years before working in technology for the aerospace industry for about five years, when he had the opportunity to buy Allegra in 2018.
“We were very excited because it’s something we’ve worked very diligently on,” he said in reaction to the announcement.
Poitra gave special recognition to employee Lisa Mckinney, who she credits with much of the behind-the-scenes work.
“He’s kind of our person behind the scenes that makes all the magic happen from the e-commerce side of things,” Poitra said. “So the order comes in and then they’ll process it on the labor side of things and make sure it gets to our production team to get the product to the customer. It’s really an effort to save them time, effort and money at the long term for our customers”.
Along with continued excellent customer service, Poitra’s other goal is to continue building relationships with other companies.
“We see our customers’ successes and ours. So we love to be a part of that. So we have some great customers in this community that love to collaborate. And so when you have that kind of relationship where we can nurture -us from each other, and we can help each other, we ended up having great success and many times. So what we are really targeting is the customer who really wants to partner and for the sake of how their business and ours,” Poitra said.
