Dustin Harris is Built In’s Senior Director of Growth overseeing search engine optimization (SEO) and growth product development. With over a decade of SEO experience, he has worked on a wide variety of growth projects including editors, writers, software engineers, product managers, designers and data scientists. His current interests include the evolution of artificial intelligence and machine learning and how these technologies are applied to understand user language and intent.
Harris holds a degree in history from the University of Kentucky. Previously, he led organic and paid search marketing at the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the world’s largest plastic surgery specialty organization. Before that, he was a web editor and book reviewer at the Chicago Sun-Times.
