What will you do

Lead, strategy, innovate

As an SEO Specialist, you will drive the strategy, tactics and overall SEO success for our clients. You will be part of the day-to-day execution and maintenance of SEO strategies, including keyword research, analytics, client management and opportunity analysis.

Establish and execute strategies to improve organic ranking and search traffic Manage and organize the SEO development team Perform in-depth technical audits on websites Comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities Off-site optimization strategies and analytics ‘links Develop strategies for large and complex websites Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO tools and techniques and communicate learnings to non-SEO experts in a mentoring role Collaborate with different teams such as sales, management of accounts, digital PR and content writing Monthly reporting and data analysis Manage and track SEO campaign progress

What we are looking for

2+ years of agency experience Excellent understanding of conversion, online customer acquisition and performance marketing. Ability to think creatively and act with innovation. Natural leader and communicator. Demonstrates a customer-centric mindset. and experience working with team members at all levels. Comfortable working on collaborative teams in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills and comfortable using data to guide your decision making Excellent organizational and time management skills. strategies that deliver results Must be from VIC or nearby Will need to travel occasionally to the office in the future
