XPS Solutions, a provider of outsourced technology solutions to the self storage industry, hired Jennifer Downer as Chief Operating Officer (COO). He will replace Robert Gower, who will move to COO of Traver Connect, which provides services to car dealers. Both companies are owned by self-storage industry veteran John Traver, according to a news release.<\/p>\n
Downer has more than 20 years of experience in self-storage management, including three years as vice president of operations and five years as COO of Absolute Storage Management, a self-storage management company.<\/p>\n
“Jennifer resonates with integrity and experience. She knows XPS and our amazing team here. She knows self-storage and is excited about our expanded solution together to offer our customers and the self-storage industry,” said Traver . “She brings the expertise needed to help XPS Solutions expand our future products and services. Jennifer will oversee all aspects of XPS Solutions’ core offerings and the new Remote Management Suite.”<\/p>\n
