OpenAI announced on Twitter that all ChatGPT Plus users will have access to Code Interpreter.<\/p>\n

Code Interpreter will be available to all ChatGPT Plus users over the next week.<\/p>\n

Allows ChatGPT to run code, optionally with access to files you’ve uploaded. You can ask ChatGPT to analyze data, create graphs, edit files, do math, etc.<\/p>\n

OpenAI recently experienced a massive breach of user credentials and has faced legal action for using copyrighted books and users’ personal data to train its models.<\/p>\n

The ChatGPT app addresses privacy practices on the OpenAI website, privacy disclaimers, and on the app’s opening screen.<\/p>\n

Despite these concerns, App Store users have rated ChatGPT #1 in the productivity category, with an average of 4.4 stars from over 10,100 users.<\/p>\n

While the app is doing well, reports from SimilarWeb show that traffic to ChatGPT’s website has declined slightly in the past. 28 days<\/a>.<\/p>\n

New publications amid controversy<\/h2>\n

OpenAI’s announcement of the code interpreter as an official plugin for ChatGPT Plus users marks an important step in improving the capabilities of the AI \u200b\u200blanguage model.<\/p>\n

However, this release comes at a time when OpenAI is facing privacy and legal issues.<\/p>\n

OpenAI must address and mitigate data protection and copyright issues, particularly given the sensitive nature of code execution and file uploads via Code Interpreter or other ChatGPT plugins .<\/p>\n

Otherwise, users concerned about privacy and quality of generative AI content turn to ChatGPT alternatives that outperform leading AI chatbots.<\/p>\n
