I found that personally while writing I tend to use generic keywords rather naturally &#8211; here, read more, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Honestly, I also often find it natural to make a lot of anchor text links with words like &#8220;here&#8221; or &#8220;click here&#8221;.  It depends on how I&#8217;m writing the sentence.  For me, using keyword-rich anchor text is all about SEO, because I&#8217;ve been covering SEO for over 20 years\u2026<\/p>\n<p>But Google&#8217;s John Mueller responded: &#8220;These still seem like good guidelines, also for accessibility and UX reasons.
