Now, each effect only needs to be used on 100,000 qualifying videos to start unlocking rewards.<\/p>\n accessibility<\/strong> Starting March 12th, only effects that appear in qualifying public videos will be eligible for rewards. This applies to effects published after this date. When an effect reaches 100,000 unique public video uploads, the creator starts earning rewards.
