In this role, you will drive the growth of our customer base through demand generation activities with both internal and external stakeholders and channels including email, SMS, wallet, store and other advertising outlets.<\/p>\n<p>This individual will play a multi-faceted and highly cross-functional role, working with our field marketing team, designers, developers and third-party agencies to drive performance and growth.  This role is right for you if you are growth oriented and data driven, ultimately responsible for truly improving our customer experience and market expansion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Day-to-day responsibilities:<br \/><\/strong>\u2022 Identify the most effective marketing channels to grow our monthly active user (MAU) customer base, including developing and managing multi-channel audience strategies.<br \/>\u2022 Design and implement optimized, customer-centric digital user journeys to increase engagement, referrals, lead conversion and customer retention.<br \/>\u2022 Manage our Webflow website, including ideation, creation and implementation of new pages and content both directly and with third-party designers and developers<br \/>\u2022 Website improvement and monitoring, including managing our agency that oversees both on-page and off-page Search Engine Optimization (SEO).<br \/>\u2022 Manage our online listings and reviews to improve brand equity and ultimately drive improvements to our SEO<br \/>\u2022 Prepare and monitor campaign budgets, reporting CAC, ROI, etc.<br \/>\u2022 Perform A\/B testing of landing pages and website content to improve results<br \/>\u2022 Ensure our brand message is consistent across all channels<br \/>\u2022 Develop strategies and manage CRM and Analytics software to drive traffic, orders and ultimately revenue with new and existing customers.<br \/>\u2022 Directly project manage the launch of new cities, including the development of &#8220;Go to Market&#8221; strategies, offers and campaigns, as we expand to additional zip codes and cities.<br \/>\u2022 Project management of our agency managing the execution of our brand and large-scale market-specific PPC campaigns, managing the company&#8217;s paid ad budget, across major performance marketing platforms, especially SEO, Google, Facebook and Instagram<br \/>\u2022 Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, insights and recommendations for the management team<br \/>\u2022 Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and tests to drive registrations through the mobile application<br \/>\u2022 Run tests across multiple steps in the app acquisition funnel that optimize: Google and Apple App Store presence, first app experience (home screens), in-app sign-up screens and messages, push notifications, upsell emails, etc.<br \/>\u2022 Investigate data from multiple sources (Metabase, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Twilio, multiple tracking pixels, etc.) to identify opportunities and uncover actionable insights the team can use to improve customer experience and leverage growth.<br \/>\u2022 Interact with customers to gain insights that influence strategies at different touch points. From increasing conversions through ads to creating landing pages to updating your mix of contexts for multiple markets across the country, you&#8217;re ready to try it all, do a follow-up of analyzes and obtain results.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<br \/><\/strong>\u2022 Experience in digital marketing including performance analysis covering demand generation, channel optimization, web management and CRM.<br \/>\u2022 At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, ideally in a B2C environment<br \/>\u2022 Expert knowledge of performance marketing channels such as Google Suite (Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics).
